1. Introduction

ZingThis, LLC (“ZingThis,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring you have a positive experience when using our Services.

ZingThis LegacyLoop is our primary platform — a compliance-safe creator visibility and community platform operating at app.zingthis.com and its subdomains. ZingThis also operates ZingRally, a creator fundraising platform, as a secondary service under the same entity.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use any of our Services. By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, please do not use our Services.

1.1 Platform Overview — LegacyLoop

ZingThis LegacyLoop is a structured creator visibility network that includes:

  • Booster Membership — $19/month creator visibility subscription
  • Admin Pro Membership — $49/month, which includes hosting a private Circle of up to 15 creators in the same niche and earning 25% of that Circle’s monthly revenue
  • One-Time Referral Bonus — a flat $9 bonus paid after a referred member’s second payment clears (single-level only, no pyramiding)
  • Voluntary Discovery — cross-promotion opportunities on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn at the member’s sole discretion

ZingThis makes no guarantees of reach, algorithmic outcomes, or third-party platform payouts. All engagement and cross-promotion is entirely voluntary.

1.2 ZingRally Addendum

ZingRally is a creator fundraising platform operated by ZingThis LLC as a secondary service. This Privacy Policy applies to all websites, platforms, applications, and services operated by ZingThis LLC, including ZingRally. Information collected through ZingRally creator applications, fundraising campaigns, and contact forms is handled in accordance with the terms set forth herein.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information that identifies, relates to, describes, or could reasonably be linked with a particular consumer, household, or device (“Personal Information”). We collect the following categories:

2.1 Information You Provide to Us

  • Account Information: Name, email address, username, password, and membership tier (Booster or Admin Pro)
  • Circle & Community Information: If you are an Admin Pro member — Circle name, niche category, and member interactions
  • Profile Information: Photo, biography, niche, professional information, interests, and preferences
  • Payment Information: Billing details necessary to process membership fees, revenue share distributions, and referral bonuses. ZingThis does not store complete credit card numbers — all payment processing is handled by secure third-party processors
  • Referral Information: Data sufficient to track and pay the one-time $9 referral bonus after the referred member’s second payment clears
  • Communications: Information you provide when contacting us for support or otherwise communicating with us
  • User Content: Text, images, videos, and other creator materials you upload or share through our Services
  • Surveys & Feedback: Information provided when participating in surveys, promotions, or platform feedback

2.2 Information We Collect Automatically

  • Usage Information: Features used, pages visited, time and duration of visits, and content viewed
  • Device Information: Device type, operating system, browser type, IP address, device identifiers, and mobile network information
  • Location Information: General location derived from your IP address. We do not collect precise geolocation data unless you explicitly authorize it
  • Cookies & Similar Technologies: Cookies, web beacons, pixels, and similar tracking technologies — see Section 7

3. How We Use Your Information

3.1 To Provide and Maintain Our Services

  • Operate, maintain, and provide ZingThis LegacyLoop and ZingRally
  • Create and maintain your account and membership tier
  • Process membership payments, revenue share distributions, and referral bonuses
  • Facilitate Circle management and community features for Admin Pro members
  • Personalize your creator experience and deliver relevant content
  • Respond to your comments, questions, and support requests

3.2 For Research and Development

  • Improve our platform, develop new features, and enhance user experience
  • Understand how users access and use our Services
  • Generate aggregated, non-identifying analytics and statistics

3.3 For Marketing and Communications

  • Market and promote ZingThis LegacyLoop and ZingRally
  • Send promotional communications about products, services, and programs (if you have not opted out)
  • Facilitate voluntary cross-promotion discovery on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn

3.4 For Compliance, Fraud Prevention, and Safety

  • Protect against fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal activity
  • Comply with our legal obligations and enforce our terms and policies
  • Protect the rights, privacy, safety, and property of ZingThis, our members, and others

4. How We Share Your Information

4.1 With Service Providers

We share information with third-party providers who perform services on our behalf, including payment processors, cloud hosting providers, analytics providers, customer service providers, and marketing and advertising partners. We require all service providers to respect the security of your Personal Information and treat it in accordance with applicable law. We do not allow service providers to use your Personal Information for their own purposes.

4.2 With Your Consent

We may share your information with third parties when you have given us explicit consent, such as when participating in voluntary cross-promotion features.

4.3 For Business Transfers

If ZingThis is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, your Personal Information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such transfer and any resulting changes to applicable policies.

4.4 For Legal Purposes

We may access, preserve, and disclose your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws, enforce our Terms of Service, detect or prevent fraud, or protect the rights, property, or safety of ZingThis, our users, or others.

4.5 Aggregated or De-Identified Information

We may share aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you, with third parties for research, marketing, analytics, and other purposes.

4.6 Text Messaging Data Protection

All of the above sharing categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information will not be shared with any third parties and is used solely for the purpose of sending you requested communications.

5. Your Privacy Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your Personal Information:

5.1 Access and Data Portability

You have the right to request access to the Personal Information we collect about you and to receive a copy in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.

5.2 Correction Rights

You have the right to request that we correct inaccurate Personal Information we maintain about you.

5.3 Deletion Rights

You have the right to request that we delete your Personal Information, subject to certain exceptions permitted by applicable law.

5.4 Restriction and Objection Rights

You have the right to request that we restrict processing of your Personal Information or to object to our processing of it.

5.5 Opt-Out Rights

6. Data Retention

We will retain your Personal Information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which we collected it — including to provide you with the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

When we no longer need your Personal Information, we will securely delete or anonymize it. If deletion is not immediately possible (for example, data stored in backup archives), we will securely isolate it from further processing until deletion is possible.

7. Cookies, Referral Tracking, and Similar Technologies

7.1 What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow the website to recognize your device and remember information about your visit, such as preferences and settings.

7.2 Types of Cookies We Use

  • Essential Cookies: Necessary for the operation of our Services. Without these, our Services cannot function properly
  • Preference Cookies: Allow our Services to remember your choices, such as language preference or login information
  • Analytics Cookies: Collect information about how users interact with our Services to help us understand and improve them
  • Marketing Cookies: Track online activity to help us deliver more relevant advertising and measure campaign effectiveness

7.3 Referral Link Tracking (30-Day Cookie)

When you visit app.zingthis.com through a referral link containing a ?ref= parameter, we store a referral tracking cookie on your device for 30 days. This cookie is used solely to attribute a new membership signup to the referring member so that the appropriate one-time $9 referral bonus can be credited. The referral cookie does not track your activity on third-party websites and expires automatically after 30 days or upon account creation, whichever comes first.

7.4 Local Storage

We use your browser’s local storage to store non-sensitive session data such as daily visit counts and platform preferences. This data remains on your device and is not transmitted to our servers. You can clear local storage at any time through your browser settings.

7.5 Your Cookie Choices

Most web browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings. However, blocking all cookies may prevent some parts of our Services from functioning properly, including referral attribution.

7.6 Do Not Track Signals

We do not currently respond to Do Not Track signals or similar mechanisms transmitted by web browsers, as there is no accepted industry standard for responding to such signals.

7A. Third-Party Platform Technologies

The LegacyLoop platform uses the following third-party services to operate. Each service may collect data as described below:

7A.1 Supabase (Authentication & Database)

We use Supabase to manage user authentication, account data, and platform database functions. When you register or log in, Supabase collects and stores your email address, encrypted password, account metadata, and session tokens. Supabase is hosted on secure cloud infrastructure. 7A.2 Resend (Email Delivery)

We use Resend, via Supabase Edge Functions, to deliver transactional emails including account confirmations, password resets, payout notifications, and platform alerts. To deliver these emails, Resend processes your email address and the content of the email being sent. Resend does not use your email address for marketing purposes on our behalf. 7A.3 Stripe and Stripe Connect (Payment Processing & Payouts)

We use Stripe to process membership subscription payments and Stripe Connect to facilitate payouts to Admin Pro Circle Hosts and referring members. When you connect a bank account through Stripe Connect, Stripe collects and securely stores your bank account information, identity verification data, and payout history directly. ZingThis does not store your complete bank account numbers or sensitive financial credentials. All financial data transmitted through Stripe is encrypted and handled in accordance with PCI DSS standards. For more information, see Stripe’s privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.

7A.4 hCaptcha (Bot and Abuse Protection)

We use hCaptcha on authentication pages to protect against bots and fraudulent account creation. hCaptcha may collect your IP address, browser type, device information, and behavioral interaction data for the purpose of determining whether you are a human user. This data is processed by Intuition Machines, Inc. in accordance with their privacy policy at hcaptcha.com/privacy. By using our login and registration pages, you acknowledge hCaptcha’s data collection practices.

8. Google API Use

We may use Google Workspace APIs (such as Google Drive API) to provide certain features within our Services. We do not use data obtained through Google Workspace APIs to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning (ML) models.

9. Data Security

We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures designed to protect the security of your Personal Information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

10. International Data Transfers

Your Personal Information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in countries other than the country in which you reside. These countries may have data protection laws different from the laws of your country. Where we transfer your Personal Information internationally, we will take appropriate safeguards, including European Commission-approved Standard Contractual Clauses, UK Government-approved Standard Contractual Clauses, adequacy decisions issued by relevant data protection authorities, and Binding Corporate Rules or other legally valid transfer mechanisms. 11. Children’s Privacy

Our Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from anyone under 18 years of age. Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account, subscribe to any membership tier, participate in a Circle, or use any other feature of our Services.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your minor child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us at [email protected] and we will immediately delete such information and terminate any associated account.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through our Services or by other means, such as email. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.

Your continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.

13. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), provides you with specific rights regarding your Personal Information.

13.1 Right to Know and Access

You have the right to request disclosure of the categories of Personal Information we have collected about you, the sources, our business purposes, the categories of third parties with whom we share it, and the specific pieces collected over the past 12 months.

13.2 Right to Delete

You have the right to request deletion of your Personal Information that we have collected and retained, subject to certain exceptions.

13.3 Right to Correct

You have the right to request that we correct inaccurate Personal Information we maintain about you.

13.4 Right to Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing

13.5 Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information

You have the right to limit the use and disclosure of your Sensitive Personal Information to purposes necessary to provide the Services.

You have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising any of your CCPA rights.

14. European Privacy Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have certain rights under applicable data protection laws including GDPR.

14.1 Legal Basis for Processing

We process your Personal Information based on: performance of a contract (e.g., processing your membership subscription and revenue share payments); legitimate interests (e.g., improving our platform and detecting fraud), where your rights do not override those interests; consent, which you may withdraw at any time; and legal obligation, to comply with applicable law.

14.2 Additional Rights

You also have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests, the right to restriction of processing, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in your country of residence, place of work, or where an alleged infringement occurred.
