When a visitor arrives at app.zingthis.com through a referral link (a URL containing a ?ref= parameter), we set a first-party referral tracking cookie on their device. This cookie is used solely to attribute a membership signup to the referring LegacyLoop member so that the appropriate one-time $9 referral bonus can be credited to their account.
