This Earnings, Income & Affiliate Disclaimer (“Disclaimer”) is provided by ZingThis, LLC (“ZingThis,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Maryland limited liability company. This Disclaimer applies to all content, products, services, and resources available on or through the ZingThis LegacyLoop platform, including:

• zingthis.com
• Any subdomains, mobile applications, or platforms owned or operated by ZingThis, LLC (collectively, the “Platform”)

By accessing or using the Platform, subscribing to any membership tier, participating in the Circle Host program, referring others through the affiliate program, or implementing any strategies provided by ZingThis, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Disclaimer.

LegacyLoop is a structured business collaboration and creator visibility network. Members pay monthly subscription fees ($19/month Booster or $49/month Admin Pro) to participate in niche-based visibility circles. Admin Pro members may host circles and earn a revenue share. Members may also earn referral bonuses. This Disclaimer governs all income representations related to these programs.

LegacyLoop is a voluntary business collaboration, creator visibility, and professional engagement platform. It is built on the principle of professional reciprocity: when creators and business owners consistently support one another, collective visibility rises. This is not follow-for-follow. This is structured, committed professional engagement — every week, without exception.

• A guaranteed income program or business opportunity
• A multi-level marketing (MLM) or network marketing program
• A pyramid scheme or chain recruitment program
• An investment vehicle or financial product
• A guaranteed traffic, engagement, or follower growth service
• A substitute for a professional marketing strategy
• A make money from home or passive income program

• Access to voluntary discovery circles where creators and business owners surface their content
• A structured spotlight rotation system for peer content discovery
• A Circle Host revenue share for Admin Pro members who manage circles
• A referral bonus program for members who introduce others to the platform
• A Mentorship & Service system for Admin Pro hosts who actively support referred hosts

All engagement on LegacyLoop is entirely voluntary. Members choose whether to visit, like, comment on, or share content at their own discretion.

Admin Pro members ($49/month) who are approved to host visibility circles (“Circle Hosts”) earn a revenue share based on the following structure:

• Circle Hosts earn 25% of the gross monthly subscription fees paid by active members in their circle(s)
• Each circle holds a maximum of 15 members at $19/month per member
• A full circle of 15 members generates $285/month gross, of which the host receives $71.25/month
• Hosts may operate up to 10 circles before applying for expansion
• Revenue share is paid monthly via Stripe Connect to the host’s connected bank account after the 30-day hold clears

• 1 full circle (15 members): approximately $71.25/month host revenue share
• 3 full circles (45 members): approximately $213.75/month host revenue share
• 5 full circles (75 members): approximately $356.25/month host revenue share
• 10 full circles (150 members): approximately $712.50/month host revenue share

• Your ability to recruit and retain paying members in your circle(s)
• Member churn — members may cancel their subscription at any time
• The niche you select and demand within that niche
• Your reputation score and engagement quality within the platform
• Economic conditions affecting members’ willingness to pay
• Platform policy changes or pricing adjustments
• Your own $49/month Admin Pro subscription cost
• Time and effort invested in recruiting, moderating, and maintaining your circle(s)

You may earn nothing as a Circle Host. You assume full financial responsibility for your decision to subscribe to Admin Pro.

Admin Pro members who refer other hosts to the platform may earn a monthly Mentorship & Service Fee of $10.00 per referred host, subject to strict conditions. This fee is NOT a passive recruitment commission. It is compensation for documented, active mentorship services rendered each month.

The $10/month Mentorship & Service Fee is paid ONLY when ALL of the following conditions are satisfied:

1. The referred host remains an active Admin Pro subscriber
2. The referring host provides documented onboarding support and mentorship during the calendar month
3. At least one mentorship interaction is recorded through the ZingThis Mentorship System at zingthis.com/mentorship-system
4. The referred host’s circle remains in good standing and compliant with platform policies
5. No fraud, abuse, or policy violations are detected for either party

The Mentorship & Service Fee requires active, documented effort every single month. It is not a passive commission, not a downline payment, and not guaranteed income for referring someone to the platform. If you do not fulfill the monthly documentation requirement, this fee is not paid regardless of whether the referred host remains active.

All mentorship activity must be documented through the ZingThis Mentorship System at zingthis.com/mentorship-system. This system includes monthly interaction log templates, onboarding guides, and compliance guidelines. It is the referring host’s responsibility to maintain accurate records.

• Members earn a one-time flat bonus of $9.00 for each person they refer who completes their second monthly payment
• The $9.00 bonus is credited after the referred member’s second payment clears (approximately day 31)
• There is no cap on the number of referrals a member can make
• This is a single-level referral program — no second-level, third-level, or downline commissions
• Referral bonuses are paid via Stripe Connect to the member’s connected bank account
• Referral links are tracked via a 30-day browser cookie

LegacyLoop uses browser cookie technology to track referral attribution for 30 days from the date the referral link is clicked. When someone clicks your referral link, a cookie is set valid for 30 days. If they sign up at any time within those 30 days, you receive referral credit. The cookie is cleared after a successful signup. ZingThis is not responsible for attribution failures due to cookie blocking, private browsing, or browser settings.

The LegacyLoop referral program is a single-tier referral bonus program. It is not MLM, not a pyramid scheme, not chain recruitment, and not a program where you earn ongoing commissions from referrals’ subscriptions or their referral activity. Compensation is tied exclusively to the one-time bounty when your referred member pays their second bill.

To earn referral bonuses, your profile must be complete with a minimum bio and at least one verified social media link. Referral bonuses will not be credited to accounts with incomplete profiles.

You may earn $0 in referral bonuses. Members who join through your link may cancel before their second payment, resulting in no bonus. ZingThis makes no representation regarding expected referral volumes or conversion rates.

The following actions will result in immediate forfeiture of all referral bonuses and permanent account termination: creating fake or duplicate accounts; using bots or scripts to generate fake signups; misrepresenting the platform; self-referrals or referrals between related parties; or any other fraudulent referral activity. The 30-day hold exists specifically to protect against fraud and chargebacks.

If you promote LegacyLoop publicly on social media, in groups, in videos, or through any public channel, you are required by FTC guidelines (16 CFR Part 255) to clearly disclose that you may earn a referral bonus.

The vast majority of LegacyLoop members join as Booster members ($19/month) to gain visibility for their content and connect with fellow business owners and creators — not to earn income. Referral earnings are $0 for members who do not promote their link. Circle hosting income is $0 without an Admin Pro upgrade. The primary value is structured collaboration and visibility, not monetary compensation.

Meaningful income requires consistent recruiting and community building, active promotion with proper disclosure, maintaining circle quality, ongoing engagement, and monthly documented mentorship activity. This is not a passive income program.

LegacyLoop facilitates voluntary discovery of content on third-party platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. ZingThis does not access, control, or interact with any third-party social media platform directly, does not use APIs or bots on any social media platform, and is not responsible for any account suspension or penalty imposed by any third-party platform. Each member is solely responsible for complying with the terms of service of any social media platform on which they publish content or engage.

Nothing in the LegacyLoop platform constitutes financial, legal, tax, investment, or business advice. Consult a licensed professional before making any business or financial decisions based on LegacyLoop’s earning potential.

All payouts are processed via Stripe Connect to the member’s connected bank account. Members are responsible for connecting their bank account through the Rewards Dashboard. ZingThis processes cleared payouts by the 15th of each month. ZingThis is not responsible for delays caused by banking institutions or failure to connect a bank account.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZingThis, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on any earnings representations. For full terms see zingthis.com/terms-of-service.

ZingThis reserves the right to modify the compensation structure, referral program terms, Mentorship & Service Fee requirements, or Circle Host revenue share at any time with reasonable notice. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.

This Disclaimer works together with the ZingThis Terms of Service, Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Circle Host Agreement, and Admin Pro Compensation & Mentorship Policy. In the event of conflict, the Terms of Service controls.
