GradChosen.com is a digital platform operated by ZingThis, LLC. It allows users, primarily students and former students, to upload, market, and sell academic notes, study materials, and AI-enhanced digital products. The following provisions apply specifically to GradChosen users and supplement the main ZingThis Privacy Policy:

a) Data Collection

GradChosen collects the following categories of personal data through its platform and associated tools:

  • Uploaded content and associated metadata (file names, descriptions, categories)

  • Sellers (Student Content Creators): By uploading content, sellers affirm ownership and grant ZingThis LLC rights to display, market, and distribute their content digitally under the platform terms.
  • Supporters (Buyers): Supporters purchasing digital products consent to the storage of transaction records for legal, operational, and analytics purposes.

d) Data Sharing and Payment Processing

GradChosen integrates with third-party services for payment and marketing. These platforms (such as payment gateways, email providers, or analytics tools) may collect additional information according to their own privacy policies. ZingThis LLC does not sell or share personally identifiable information outside the scope of operating the platform.

e) Data Retention

We retain GradChosen user data as long as necessary to:

We may use Google Workspace APIs (such as Google Drive API) to provide certain features within our Services. We do not use data obtained through Google Workspace APIs to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning (ML) models.
