4.1 Memberships and Digital Products

When you subscribe to a ZingThis LegacyLoop membership or purchase digital products from ZingThis, you are subject to our Terms of Service (which governs membership tiers, Circle Host revenue share, the $10 monthly Mentorship & Service Fee, the referral bonus program, the 30–60 day payout hold period, digital product licenses, and refund policies), any additional terms specific to the product or membership purchased, and third-party payment processor terms (including Stripe and Stripe Connect).

Membership subscriptions ($19/month Booster or $49/month Admin Pro) are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled. All sales of digital products are final unless otherwise stated in our Terms of Service. All payouts are processed via Stripe Connect and subject to a 30–60 day hold period. Cleared balances are paid by the 15th of each calendar month.

4.2 Third-Party Products and Services

Certain sections of the Site may allow you to purchase products and services provided by third parties. We are not responsible for the quality, accuracy, timeliness, reliability, or any other aspect of these products and services. You release us and our affiliates from any damages that you incur, and agree not to assert any claims against us, arising from your purchase or use of any products or services made available by third parties through the Site.

4.3 Third-Party Dealings

Violators may be subject to account termination without refund, liability for damages, and legal action including copyright infringement claims.

4.6 Payment Issues

If payment for a membership or subscription is declined, our system will automatically suspend access to premium features. We will make every reasonable attempt to contact you to help resolve the billing issue. Once resolved, access will be restored. You are responsible for keeping payment information current, notifying us of payment method changes, and responding to billing issue notifications.

5.1 User Responsibility

ZingThis expressly disclaims all responsibility and endorsement and makes no representation as to the validity of any opinion, advice, information, or statement made or displayed in these forums by third parties. Under no circumstances will we, our affiliates, suppliers, or agents be liable for any loss or damage caused by your reliance on information obtained through these forums.

5.3 Monitoring Rights

ZingThis has no obligation to monitor content or postings on message boards, chat rooms, or other public forums on the Site. 11. Refund Policy

11.1 Membership Subscriptions

Membership subscription fees ($19/month Booster or $49/month Admin Pro) are non-refundable for the current billing period upon cancellation. You may cancel at any time and your membership will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued.

11.2 Course and Program Refunds

For eligible course or program purchases, we provide a full no-questions-asked refund within fourteen (14) days after a purchase has been made, provided you have consumed less than 15% of a course, whichever comes first. To request a refund, send an email to info@zingthis.com (cc: zingrally@gmail.com) within fourteen (14) days of your purchase, before viewing more than 15% of a course, including your order number. After that period, all payments are non-refundable.

11.3 Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product or service page: event access (workshops, webinars, conferences); one-time digital product purchases (PDFs, eBooks, templates, downloads) — see our Terms of Service for digital product refund policy; memberships and subscriptions after the applicable refund period; and services and consulting.

11.4 Refund Abuse
