SECTION 1

Program Overview

The ZingThis LegacyLoop Affiliate Program (“Referral Program” or “Program”) allows members of the LegacyLoop platform to earn monetary bonuses by referring new paying members to the platform. This document governs your participation in the Program and constitutes a binding agreement between you (“Affiliate,” “you,” or “your”) and ZingThis, LLC (“ZingThis,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

All referral bonuses are one-time only. No recurring commissions for standard affiliates. Paid after referred member’s second payment clears.

The Program is available to all LegacyLoop members — Free, Booster ($19/month), and Admin Pro ($49/month) — provided they complete the mandatory affiliate enrollment confirmation process described in Section 3 of these Terms.

Participation in this Program is entirely voluntary. You are under no obligation to refer anyone, and your membership in LegacyLoop is not contingent on participation in this Program.

LegacyLoop is a professional business collaboration and creator visibility platform — not an MLM, network marketing program, or passive income scheme. The referral program is a single-tier bonus program that rewards members for genuinely introducing other business owners and creators to the platform.

SECTION 2

Eligibility Requirements

2.1 Who May Participate

To be eligible to participate in the LegacyLoop Affiliate Program, you must:

Hold an active LegacyLoop account (Free, Booster, or Admin Pro)
Be at least 18 years of age
Be legally permitted to receive income or bonuses in your country of residence
Have a complete profile — minimum bio and at least one verified social media link
Have a valid Stripe Connect account connected to your LegacyLoop profile for payout purposes
Complete the mandatory two-step affiliate enrollment confirmation process (Section 3)
Remain in good standing — accounts under review, suspended, or terminated are not eligible

2.2 Who May NOT Participate

Members whose accounts are suspended, restricted, or under review for any reason
Members who have previously violated these Terms or the LegacyLoop Terms of Service
Members who have had referral bonuses clawed back for fraud
ZingThis employees, contractors, or immediate family members of ZingThis staff
Members who have not completed the two-step enrollment confirmation
Members with incomplete profiles (no bio or no verified social link)

2.3 Account in Good Standing Required

Your affiliate status is tied to your account standing at all times. If your account is suspended or terminated for any reason, your affiliate status is immediately revoked and any pending unpaid bonuses are forfeited. Reinstated accounts may reapply for affiliate status but are not automatically re-enrolled.

SECTION 3

Mandatory Enrollment — Two-Step Confirmation

To protect both you and ZingThis, and to ensure all affiliates fully understand their rights, obligations, and FTC compliance requirements, participation in the LegacyLoop Affiliate Program requires a mandatory two-step confirmation process. Your affiliate referral link will NOT be activated until both steps are completed.

By submitting this form you are legally verifying that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by all terms — including FTC disclosure obligations, the 30-day cookie tracking policy, the 30-day hold period, the clawback policy, and all promotional restrictions.

⚠️ Completing both steps does not guarantee affiliate approval. ZingThis reserves the right to deny affiliate status to any member at its sole discretion.

Important: If you skip or bypass the two-step confirmation process and share a referral link without completing enrollment, any referrals generated will not qualify for bonuses and your account may be flagged for review.

SECTION 4

How the Referral Program Works

4.1 Your Unique Referral Link

Upon completing enrollment, you will receive a unique referral link tied to your LegacyLoop account. This link is personal and non-transferable. You may share this link through any lawful channel — social media, email, blog posts, videos, or in-person — subject to the promotional guidelines in Section 7.

When someone clicks your referral link, a 30-day tracking cookie is automatically set in their browser. This is a grace period provided by ZingThis — if they return and sign up anytime within 30 days, you still receive referral credit.

4.2 What Constitutes a Qualifying Referral

A referral is considered “qualifying” and eligible for a bonus when ALL of the following conditions are met:

The referred person clicks your unique referral link within the 30-day cookie window and creates a new LegacyLoop account
The referred person subscribes to a paid membership tier (Booster at $19/month or Admin Pro at $49/month)
The referred person’s second monthly payment successfully clears (approximately day 31)
No chargeback, refund, or dispute has been initiated by the referred person
The referred person is not an existing LegacyLoop member or a previously banned account
The referral was not generated through fraudulent, automated, or deceptive means
The cookie was set legitimately — not through cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or any technical manipulation

4.3 The 30-Day Cookie + Hold Period — How It Works

Day 0 — Referral Link Clicked & Cookie Set

Someone clicks your unique referral link. A 30-day tracking cookie is immediately set in their browser as a courtesy grace period from ZingThis. If they sign up anytime within the next 30 days — even after closing their browser and returning later — the referral is attributed to you. The cookie is cleared once they complete signup.

Within 30-Day Window — Referral Signs Up & Pays First Month

Your referral creates their account and subscribes to a paid tier. The referral is recorded and linked to your account via cookie attribution. Free signups that never upgrade do not qualify.

Days 1–30 — Holding Period

Your referral bonus — $9.00 for Booster or $25.00 for Admin Pro host — is held pending confirmation the referral is genuine and the member remains active. This window protects against chargebacks, refunds, and fraudulent signups.

Day 31+ — Second Payment Clears

The referred member’s second monthly payment processes successfully. The referral is now confirmed as qualifying.

Next Payout Date — Bonus Deposited to Your Account

Your referral bonus ($9.00 for Booster or $25.00 for Admin Pro host) is automatically transferred to your connected Stripe Connect account on the next scheduled monthly payout date — the 15th of each month.

Booster who later self-upgrades to Admin Pro = $9.00 only — no post-signup upgrade tracking
Free signup that later upgrades = $0 — 30-day cookie window will have expired
Affiliates do not earn commissions on future subscription payments made by referred members

4.6 This Is a Single-Level Program

This is a single-level referral program only. You earn $9.00 or $25.00 when someone you referred joins and stays through their second payment. You do NOT earn anything from people your referrals refer. There are no downlines, no multi-level commissions, and no network marketing structure of any kind. LegacyLoop is a professional collaboration platform — not an MLM.

4.7 Admin Pro Mentorship Fee — Separate from Affiliate Program

Important Clarification: The $10/month Mentorship & Service Fee is NOT an affiliate commission and is not part of this Affiliate Program.

Admin Pro hosts who refer another member who becomes an Admin Pro host, and who actively mentor that host each month, may qualify for a separate $10/month Mentorship & Service Fee. This is governed by the Admin Pro Compensation & Mentorship Policy — not these Terms.

Available to Admin Pro hosts only — Free and Booster members are not eligible
Requires documented monthly mentorship activity through the Mentorship System
Is service-based compensation — not a passive commission
Is subject to monthly review and compliance verification
Does not make LegacyLoop a multi-level marketing program — it is compensation for professional services rendered

Standard affiliates (Free or Booster members) earn one-time referral bonuses only and do not qualify for any recurring payments under any circumstance.

SECTION 5

Payouts & Payment Schedule

5.1 Automatic Monthly Payouts

Qualifying referral bonuses are paid automatically on the 15th of each calendar month via Stripe Connect direct deposit to your connected bank account. You do not need to request a payout — it happens automatically provided:

Your Stripe Connect account is connected and verified
Your account is in good standing
No fraud review or hold is active on your account

5.2 Payout Method

Stripe Connect (Required) — Connect your bank account directly through your LegacyLoop dashboard (Rewards → Connect Bank Account). Stripe Connect is secure, fast, and deposits directly to your bank. ZingThis does not store your banking information directly. Bonuses accumulate in your account balance until Stripe Connect is connected.

5.3 Tax Obligations

You are solely responsible for all tax obligations arising from referral bonus income. ZingThis will issue a 1099-NEC (for U.S. members) if your total referral earnings in a calendar year exceed $600.00. You are responsible for reporting all income regardless of whether a 1099 is issued. ZingThis strongly recommends consulting a licensed tax professional.

5.4 Failed or Returned Payments

If a payout fails due to incorrect bank information, a closed account, or Stripe Connect issues, ZingThis will attempt to notify you. Unclaimed or returned payouts will be held in your account balance for 90 days. After 90 days, unclaimed funds may be forfeited at ZingThis’s discretion.

SECTION 6

Clawback & Reversal Policy

6.1 When Bonuses Are Reversed

ZingThis reserves the right to claw back (reverse) referral bonuses already paid to your account in the following circumstances:

The referred member initiates a chargeback, refund, or payment dispute after your bonus was paid
The referral is determined to have been generated through fraudulent, automated, or deceptive means
The referred member’s account is terminated for Terms of Service violations
It is discovered that the referred person was an existing member using a new account to circumvent eligibility
ZingThis discovers that you misrepresented the platform, its earnings potential, or its nature
The referral was attributed via cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or any manipulation of the tracking system

6.2 How Clawbacks Work

Clawed back amounts are deducted from your future referral earnings first. If future earnings are insufficient, ZingThis reserves the right to deduct from your account balance. In cases of significant fraud, ZingThis may pursue recovery through other legal means.

Example: You earn a $25.00 bonus for a host referral. That member initiates a chargeback 45 days later. Your next payout will be reduced by $25.00. If your next payout is $0, the deficit carries forward against future earnings.

6.3 Notification of Clawbacks

ZingThis will make reasonable efforts to notify you via email when a clawback occurs, including the reason and amount. You have 14 days to dispute a clawback by contacting info@zingthis.com. ZingThis’s decision on disputes is final.

SECTION 7

Promotional Guidelines & FTC Compliance

7.1 Mandatory FTC Disclosure

You are legally required by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC — 16 CFR Part 255) to clearly disclose your material connection to LegacyLoop whenever you promote your referral link in any public channel.

This disclosure must be clear, conspicuous, and specific — visible before the referral link, not buried in fine print.

Acceptable disclosure examples:

“I earn a referral bonus ($9 or $25 depending on plan) if you sign up through my link.”
“Affiliate link — I may earn a referral bonus if you join LegacyLoop.”
“Disclosure: I’m a LegacyLoop affiliate and earn a one-time bonus for referrals.”

7.2 How to Describe LegacyLoop Correctly

LegacyLoop is a professional business collaboration and creator visibility platform — a structured engagement community where business owners and creators support each other’s content every week through reciprocal participation.

Good framing: “It’s a circle of 15 business owners in the same niche who support each other’s content every week. Structured, real collaboration — not follow-for-follow.”

Not permitted: “Make money from home!” / “Passive income!” / “Join my team!” / “I earned $X — you can too!”

7.3 What You MAY Do

Share your referral link on personal social media with proper FTC disclosure
Post in Facebook groups where promotion is permitted, as an active group member
Include your referral link in email newsletters to your own list with disclosure
Mention LegacyLoop in blog posts, videos, or podcasts with proper disclosure
Share with colleagues, peers, and professional networks in conversation
Use the ready-made post templates provided in your LegacyLoop dashboard

7.4 What You MAY NOT Do

Make earnings guarantees — never tell prospects they will earn specific amounts
Misrepresent the platform — never describe LegacyLoop as MLM, passive income, or get-rich-quick
Spam — no mass unsolicited emails, comment spam, or automated group posting
Paid advertising without approval — no paid ads using ZingThis or LegacyLoop trademarks without written permission
Create fake urgency — no false claims about limited spots, price increases, or fabricated scarcity
Promote without disclosure — failing to disclose your affiliate relationship violates FTC law
Cookie stuffing or link manipulation — any technical manipulation of the 30-day cookie system results in immediate termination and forfeiture of all bonuses
Self-referral — no referring yourself, duplicate accounts, or immediate household family members
Promote in groups without being a genuine member — do not join groups solely to post your link

7.5 Your Sole Responsibility for Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring your promotional activities comply with all applicable laws, FTC guidelines, and platform terms of service. ZingThis is not liable for any fines, penalties, or account restrictions you incur as a result of your promotional activities.

SECTION 8

Program Modifications & Termination

8.1 ZingThis’s Right to Modify the Program

ZingThis reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Affiliate Program at any time, including changes to bonus amounts, payout schedule, eligibility requirements, holding period duration, or cookie tracking window. Material changes will be communicated via email with a minimum of 30 days’ advance notice where practicable. Continued participation after notice constitutes acceptance.

8.2 Termination of Your Affiliate Status

ZingThis may terminate your affiliate status immediately and without notice for violation of these Terms, fraudulent referral activity, cookie manipulation, misrepresentation of the platform, FTC disclosure violations, or any activity that brings ZingThis into disrepute. Upon termination, all pending unpaid bonuses are forfeited.

8.3 Voluntary Withdrawal

You may withdraw from the Affiliate Program at any time by contacting info@zingthis.com. Any qualifying bonuses earned prior to withdrawal will be paid on the next scheduled payout date. Withdrawal does not affect your LegacyLoop membership.

SECTION 9

Legal Provisions

9.1 Independent Contractor Status

You are an independent contractor, not an employee, partner, agent, or joint venturer of ZingThis. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment relationship. You are solely responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and business expenses.

9.2 No Guarantee of Earnings

ZingThis makes no guarantee that you will earn any referral bonuses. Bonuses are $9.00 (Booster) or $25.00 (Admin Pro host) — one-time only. Your earnings depend entirely on your own promotional efforts. You may earn $0. The 30-day cookie is a grace period from ZingThis and does not guarantee conversion or attribution.

9.3 Limitation of Liability

ZingThis’s total liability to you under this Program shall not exceed the total referral bonuses paid to you in the 12 months preceding any claim. ZingThis is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, including losses resulting from cookie attribution failures.

9.4 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Garrett County, Maryland.

9.5 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the LegacyLoop Terms of Service, Earnings & Affiliate Disclaimer, and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ZingThis regarding the Affiliate Program.

SECTION 11

Final Acknowledgment

By completing the two-step enrollment confirmation and participating in the LegacyLoop Affiliate Program, you acknowledge and agree that:

You have read and understood these complete Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
You understand the tiered bonus structure: $9.00 for Booster referrals and $25.00 for Admin Pro host referrals — both one-time only, no recurring
You understand that your referral link uses a 30-day browser cookie as a grace period from ZingThis — attribution failures from cookie blocking are not ZingThis’s responsibility
You understand bonuses may be clawed back for fraud, chargebacks, or cookie manipulation
You are solely responsible for FTC disclosure compliance in all promotional activities
You will always represent LegacyLoop accurately as a professional collaboration platform — not as passive income or MLM
The $10/month Mentorship Fee is a separate Admin Pro program — it is not an affiliate bonus and you do not qualify for it as a Free or Booster member
You are an independent contractor, not an employee of ZingThis
No earnings are guaranteed — you may earn $0
Violation of these Terms may result in termination of affiliate status and forfeiture of all pending bonuses
